What are your hours of operation?

- Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST

Am I able to return or exchange items?

- B_Slayed Collection DOES NOT accept returns OR exchanges on bundles, pre-made and/or customized wigs, lace closures, lace frontals, eye lashes, or cosmetics. Due to Covid-19 and hygiene concerns, all products are FINAL SALE!

What is the life expectancy of the hair and wig units?

- With proper care our hair and wig units can last 6 months to a year.

How many hair bundles will I need?

- The number of hair bundles to purchase is solely based upon the image you are going for. However, we recommend 3 – 4 bundles for the best look. 

How long is processing and shipping?

- All orders require a mandatory processing time of 24 – 72 BUSINESS hours of receiving payment.

- All orders require an estimated shipping time of 3 – 7 BUSINESS days.

- Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number. Please keep a record of your tracking number as B_Slayed Collection will NOT be responsible for keeping track of any tracking numbers once your order has been shipped or any lost packages.

Can the hair bundles and wig units be lightened and color?

- Yes, the all hair bundles and wig units can be lightened and color by a hair professional only. 

If I live local, do I have to have my order shipped to me or can I arrange to pick up my order?

- Yes, if you within the area codes of 31548, 31569, 31558, you can arrange for pickup however, the processing time to process your order will still remain at 24 – 72 BUSINESS hours of receiving payment.
