Processing Time and Shipping Policy:
All orders will be shipped using USPS during regular BUSINESS hours Monday – Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST. excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders require a mandatory processing time of 24 – 72 BUSINESS hours of receiving payment and an estimated shipping time of 3 – 7 BUSINESS days.
Record of the order tracking number is the responsibility of the receiving party once it has been shipped.
